We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and drive lead generation through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented individual with a proven track record in social media, content creation, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy. Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts that build brand awareness and drive community interaction.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content, including property listings, video tours, blog posts, infographics, and email newsletters.
  • Paid Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize targeted paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram. Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.
  • Campaign & Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with our sales team to create and manage marketing funnels. Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and support the sales process.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Use data to inform future marketing decisions.

 

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: You must have a demonstrated background as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Paid Ads Manager. Please include a portfolio or examples of your work.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, its unique marketing challenges, and target audience is highly preferred.
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset: The ability to think both creatively to produce engaging content and strategically to build effective campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing data, understand key metrics, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), CRM software, and advertising platforms.
