Responsibilities of Skip Tracing Specialist:

• Lead Research: Find and verify contact information for hard-to-reach property owners, including absentee owners and pre-foreclosure leads.
• Data Sourcing: Utilize various skip tracing tools, databases, and public records to research phone numbers, emails, and current addresses.
• Information Management: Accurately input all research data and verified contact information into our CRM system.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of our contact lists to improve the success rate of our outreach campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and acquisitions teams to provide them with high-quality, actionable leads.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in finding hard-to-reach property owners by researching phone numbers, emails, and addresses.
• Research Skills: Strong investigative and research skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with skip tracing tools and databases (e.g., TLOxp, LexisNexis, Whitepages Premium) is a major plus.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to navigate complex data and overcome challenges to find accurate information.
