We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming purchase orders and online orders into our internal systems.
This is initially a 20–30 hour per week position, with the potential to transition into full-time based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming purchase orders and online orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter and manage orders in WooCommerce and SAP Ariba
- Verify order details, pricing, and product information before submission
- Ensure all data is entered correctly and maintain high accuracy standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital records of processed orders
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or finance-related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support
- Experience with WooCommerce, SAP Ariba, or similar systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
