We are seeking a data-driven Shopify Specialist to serve as our eCommerce Revenue Optimization. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying leaks in our sales funnel and implementing aggressive growth strategies to scale our store’s performance.
The ideal candidate doesn’t just “manage” a store—they hunt for opportunities to increase CVR and AOV. If you have a passion for turning analytics into actionable revenue and building high-converting customer journeys on Shopify, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Conduct daily audits of Shopify analytics (Traffic, CVR, AOV, Bounce Rate).
Transform product descriptions into high-converting, benefit-driven sales copy.
Optimize product page layouts, FAQs, and trust elements to build buyer confidence.
Implement urgency tactics and strategic offers to drastically reduce cart abandonment.
2. Email & Retention Optimization
Build, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns via Klaviyo or Shopify Email.
Refine automated flows, specifically focusing on Abandoned Cart and Post-Purchase sequences.
Execute advanced customer segmentation to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
Monitor and report on key metrics: Open Rates, CTR, and direct Revenue Attribution.
3. AOV Growth Strategy
Architect and launch product bundles, tiered discounts, and “Complete the Look” sections.
Integrate and manage upsell/cross-sell applications to maximize every transaction.
Propose and test limited-time promotions to spike revenue during key windows.
4. Reporting & Growth Consulting
Daily: Provide a concise 5–7 bullet summary of actions taken and immediate wins.
Weekly: Present a formal performance review with 3 specific revenue improvement suggestions for the following week.

Requirements
Proven Shopify Expertise: Deep hands-on experience navigating the backend and app ecosystem.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret eCommerce data and translate it into growth tactics.
Email Marketing Mastery: Direct experience with flow automation and campaign management.
CRO Knowledge: A solid understanding of what makes a visitor click “Buy.”
Excellent Written English: Ability to write clean, persuasive copy that aligns with brand voice.
Reliability: Must be available 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST, Monday–Friday
Bonus: Experience in the Beauty eCommerce niche or a track record of scaling DTC brands
