We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to streamline, track, and drive marketing initiatives across our eCommerce and growth teams.
This role is strictly focused on execution, coordination, follow-up, and timeline management. You will be the bridge that ensures projects move from the initial brief to a successful launch without dropping the ball.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
As our Marketing Project Manager, you will keep our daily operations moving smoothly by handling the following:
Project Coordination & Timeline Tracking
End-to-End Management: Lead marketing projects from brief to launch, ensuring every task has a clear owner, timeline, and set of deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between internal team members, freelancers, agencies, designers, copywriters, developers, media buyers, and external partners.
Roadmaps & Status Updates: Build and maintain structured project roadmaps, master task lists, deadlines, and tracking systems. Provide clear, concise weekly updates to marketing leadership.
Marketing Asset & Workflow Management
Content & Asset Pipeline: Keep weekly marketing priorities strictly organized across landing pages, paid media ads, email marketing campaigns, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) setups, website updates, and new product launches.
Blocker Removal: Proactively follow up with team members and external partners to eliminate friction points and keep execution on track.
Creative & Testing Support: Coordinate A/B testing workflows (copy, design, dev, QA) and help organize creative production, including ad concepts, video briefs, User-Generated Content (UGC), and performance creative iterations.
Process Optimization
Efficiency Upgrades: Improve internal workflows, communication guidelines, documentation practices, and task tracking so the entire team can execute faster and with fewer errors.
🛠️ Job Requirements of Project Manager
Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications)
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience, preferably within marketing, eCommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, consumer products, or health-tech fields.
Marketing Literacy: Deep understanding of how marketing projects transition from an initial idea to execution (creative briefs, landing page builds, email sequences, paid media assets).
Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using communication and project management tools. (Note: We currently utilize Slack and intend to manage marketing pipelines via boards like Trello).
Core Traits: Exceptional organizational skills, high reliability, radical attention to detail, and the ability to comfortably anchor multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously under minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with major eCommerce ecosystems and channels: Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Prior background working with wellness, diabetes, medical, or consumer healthcare brands.
Knowledge of direct-response marketing principles, landing page optimization, and CRO testing frameworks.
