We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Management & Compliance Team to manage the full real estate transaction lifecycle and provide operational support to the sales and leadership teams.
Work Schedule:
🕒 Full-time | 8 hours/day, 7 days/week
⏰ 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM IST
Responsibilities of Real Estate Transaction Management & Compliance Team:
Manage and maintain CRM records, leads, listings, and transaction data
Monitor lead flow and qualification status and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate documentation, client communications, and transaction milestones
Manage listing administration and transaction workflows from start to finish
Handle invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and reconciliation
Prepare reports and track operational KPIs
Identify and prevent revenue leakage by ensuring all transactions, commissions, and invoices are accurately recorded
Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and maintained
Conduct transaction audits and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards
Support smooth and timely transaction closings
Requirements of Real Estate Transaction Management & Compliance Team:
Proven experience in Real Estate Transaction Management
Strong background in Transaction Audit and Compliance
Experience managing the full transaction lifecycle
Proficiency with CRM systems and transaction management tools
Experience with invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading or working within a transaction management team is highly preferred

The team must be capable of performing Transaction Audit and Compliance as part of their core responsibilities.
