As part of the project team, the Information Systems Developer/ Implementer will implement and customize Infor MES and provide ongoing support to existing customers. The role combines functional and technical learning, system configuration, code and SQL changes, testing, and troubleshooting.

Role Overview:

• Build functional and technical expertise in Infor MES, its implementation methodology, and manufacturing applications.
• Implement and configure customer solutions for production floor management, supply chain, and logistics, and support internal project teams.
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers across sites, including day-to-day troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resolution.
• Develop skills in code and SQL changes, perform functional testing, and validate changes in line with project needs and supplier guidelines.
• Use AI tools for development, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Hands-on C#/.NET development experience and strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for development, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• SQL database experience, including writing and analyzing complex queries.
• Customer-facing project experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites, take ownership of tasks and issue resolution, and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Strong self-learning ability and commitment to building functional and technical expertise in Infor MES.
• Industrial experience and familiarity with manufacturing processes or MES — an advantage.
• Ability to translate business processes into system functionality, configuration, testing, and technical implementation tasks.
