We are looking for a sharp, professional Appointment Setter/SDR to act as the first point of contact for our company. This isn’t just about making calls; it’s about representing a premium brand and ensuring we only spend time on high-quality projects.

Hours: 10 hours per week (2 hours/day)
Shift: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Los Angeles Time)
Days: Monday – Friday
🎯 Core Responsibilities
Lead Response: Respond to inbound leads (IG, website, referrals) via call and text.
Qualification: Identify project type (ADU, Remodels), budget, and timeline.
Scheduling: Position the company as “in-demand” and book design consultations for the sales team.
CRM Management: Keep a disciplined log of lead status and notes.

We are looking for a confident, high-level communicator, not a robotic call-center agent. You should be able to:
Speak clearly and professionally with luxury-market clients.
Control the conversation without being “pushy.”
Read between the lines to disqualify unfit leads politely.
Bonus: Experience in construction, real estate, or high-end services.
