We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our growing ecommerce brand specializing in acne treatments and skincare solutions. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brand, helping customers navigate their skincare journeys with empathy, expertise, and a friendly, professional manner. This role requires a tech-savvy individual capable of managing the intersection of customer support, ecommerce platforms, and logistics.

4hours a day / 7days a week
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support via email and chat with a professional and helpful tone of voice.

Manage orders and returns and resolve customer inquiries directly within the Shopify platform.

Coordinate with 3PL (Warehouse) systems to track shipments and resolve delivery issues effectively.

Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to internal processes.

Maintain deep product knowledge regarding acne treatments to provide accurate and helpful skincare advice.
Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in Ecommerce Customer Service.

Technological literacy with specific experience utilizing:

Shopify for order and customer management.

Customer Service platforms (Helpdesks) and 3PL/Warehouse systems.

Strong communication skills with a friendly manner and the ability to meet customer requirements quickly.

Analytical mindset to solve problems at their root and improve the customer experience.

Industry knowledge in health and wellness, beauty, or skincare is highly ideal.
