We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform Specialist to support our SaaS operations. This role combines sub-account configuration, customer support, and reputation management within the GoHighLevel ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with video libraries, CRM systems, marketing funnels, and membership setups with recurring payments. If you enjoy turning scattered materials into a smooth, professional learning experience, we’d love to meet you.
Main Responsibilities
Course Integration & Platform Setup
Upload and organize existing online courses into GHL.
Create a clean, logical, and user-friendly layout for participants.
Work with current materials (around six courses) and assist with future uploads.
CRM & Funnel Setup
Build and launch marketing funnels for course promotions.
Manage customer journeys including landing pages, email sequences, opt-in forms, and sales pages.
Support launch strategy and core CRM functions within the platform.
Membership Site Development
Configure a multi-level membership structure with tiered access.
Set up permissions based on subscription levels.
Connect recurring payments, upgrades, and upsell flows.
Video Library Setup
Create an easy-to-navigate library organized by topic.
Our videos are currently hosted on YouTube — we welcome your advice on whether to embed or host directly on GHL.
Ensure the design is intuitive and aligned with our brand.

Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience working inside GHL.
Experience setting up courses, funnels, automations, and memberships.
Ability to build landing pages, email flows, and customer journeys.
Strong understanding of recurring payments, subscription logic, and access permissions.
Comfortable organizing large content libraries.
Able to work independently and suggest improvements.
Good English communication skills.
