Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) to support our fast-growing real estate sales team.

In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline—serving as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers, qualifying leads, and setting up our agents for success.

Work Schedule:
4 hours per day, 6 days a week/Part-Time (24 hours/week to start)

Split Shifts (EST/Local Time): 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (16:00 – 18:00)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Manage inbound inquiries, filter out unqualified leads, and nurture high-potential prospects through the buying or selling process.

Pipeline Management: Actively follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule high-quality appointments between qualified clients and our field agents.

Database Maintenance: Keep our CRM updated with accurate client notes, timelines, and motivation levels.

Requirements
Previous experience in real estate inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing sales role is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Real Estate CRMs and lead generation platforms is a plus.

A quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a dependable computer setup.

Ability to commit to the specific 4-hour daily split schedule, 6 days a week.
