We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Specialist with direct experience in the Zenoti ecosystem. This is a technical role focused on ensuring our business management software is fully optimized, secure, and integrated with our daily operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Zenoti-related technical support, configurations, and system maintenance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Zenoti Administration: Manage the backend configuration of Zenoti, including service menus, employee permissions, and inventory modules.
System Integration: Ensure Zenoti syncs seamlessly with hardware (POS terminals, printers) and third-party apps (marketing tools, payment gateways).
Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for staff experiencing software glitches, login issues, or sync errors.
Data & Reporting: Customizing dashboards and pulling technical reports to help the management team track KPIs and operational health.
Process Optimization: Identify ways to automate workflows within Zenoti to improve the guest experience and staff efficiency.
✅ Requirements
Platform Expertise: Must have Zenoti listed on your resume with demonstrable experience in backend administration or technical support.
IT Background: Proven experience as an IT Specialist, Systems Administrator, or Technical Support Engineer.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot software-to-hardware connectivity issues independently.
Communication: Strong English skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical team members.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the wellness, beauty, or medical spa industry is highly preferred.
