We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and generate qualified leads interested in real estate investment opportunities for Pennek Group’s property developments in Nigeria, and Houston. The role focuses on building targeted lead lists, running outreach campaigns, and supporting marketing efforts to attract potential property buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead Research & List Building
· Build targeted lead lists of potential property investors and home buyers.
· Identify prospects in the United States, Nigeria, and Nigerian diaspora communities abroad.
· Use platforms such as LinkedIn, online directories, and lead generation tools.
· Lead Capture & Marketing Support
· Generating leads through Facebook / Instagram advertising.
· Support Google Ads campaigns.
· Manage landing page lead forms and email marketing lists.
· Support campaigns targeting buyers interested in property in Nigeria and Houston.
· Data Management
· Collect and organize lead data including name, email, phone number, location, and investment interest.
· Maintain updated lead databases in CRM or spreadsheets.
· Lead Qualification
· Pre-qualify leads based on interest in real estate, budget range, and preferred property location.
· Collaboration
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are passed for follow-up.
· Track lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile (KPIs)
· Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.
· Lead data accuracy.
· Conversion rate from leads to sales appointments.
· Experience in lead generation, data research, or digital marketing.
· Familiarity with lead tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and CRM platforms.
· Strong research and data organization skills.
· Understanding of real estate or investment markets is a plus.
· Ability to target diaspora communities and international investors.
Key Performance Indicators
· Cost per lead (if managing ads).
