Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with agency
experience to manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across
multiple client accounts.
This role is hands-on and performance-driven. You must have proven
experience running both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns,
managing multiple ads simultaneously and working within an agency
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management
 Build, launch, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns end-to-end
 Work across eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
 Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
 Monitor budgets, pacing, performance and delivery daily
Campaign Structure & Optimisation
 Use modern Meta best practices but rely on proven experience and
performance data to make informed decisions beyond platform-led
recommendations when needed.
 Test audiences, creatives, formats, messaging and funnels
 Identify performance issues and implement data-led improvements
Creative Briefing & Collaboration
 Brief and task creative teams with clear, performance-based
direction
 Provide feedback on ad angles, hooks, formats and messaging
 Use performance data to guide creative testing and iteration
Reporting & Communication
 Produce weekly performance reports for Account Managers
 Clearly communicate results, insights, and recommended actions
 Proactively highlight risks, opportunities and performance changes
Performance & Data Track and analyse key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, frequency,
spend)
 Support Account Managers with insights for client reporting
 Ensure campaigns align with client goals and KPIs
Required Experience
 Proven Meta Ads experience (non-negotiable)
 Agency experience required – must have managed multiple client
accounts
 Demonstrated experience running eCommerce and lead generation
campaigns
 Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
 Confident working across multiple live campaigns at once
Skills & Attributes
 Strong English written and verbal communication skills
 Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
 Data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on
performance
 Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
 Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
Nice to Have
 Experience with additional paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
 GA4 or reporting dashboard experience
 Experience working closely with Account Managers
Important
This role is not entry-level. Applicants must have hands-on experience
managing live Meta campaigns across multiple accounts, including both
eCommerce and lead generation.
