We’re seeking a skilled Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate will be a master of managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional support to our agents and clients.

Responsibilities of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator:
- Contract-to-Close Management: Manage the entire transaction process from the executed contract to the closing table. This includes monitoring all timelines and deadlines, such as inspection periods, appraisal dates, and loan commitments.
- Compliance & Document Management: Ensure all required documents are collected, organized, and accurately completed. Review contracts and disclosures for compliance with real estate laws and company policy.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact among all parties involved in the transaction, including agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and co-op agents. Provide regular updates and maintain clear, consistent communication.
- Client & Agent Support: Prepare transaction checklists, draft necessary addendums, and provide administrative support to help agents focus on sales and lead generation.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could delay or jeopardize the closing.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: You must have a demonstrated background as a Contract-to-Close Specialist and a Compliance/Document Manager in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Your ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, maintain meticulous records, and stay on top of all deadlines is essential.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail are a must to ensure all paperwork is correct and compliant.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, or TC Docs) and CRM systems.
