We are seeking a Social Media Account Recovery Support with a technical mindset to assist customers experiencing issues with their Facebook and Instagram accounts. You will engage with inbound leads who have requested help with account-related concerns such as hacked accounts, disabled profiles, advertising restrictions, and other platform access issues.
This role combines sales, customer communication, and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, skilled at identifying their needs, and able to clearly explain technical solutions in a simple and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities of Social Media Account Recovery Support:
-Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone and other communication channels.
-Understand customer issues related to Facebook and Instagram accounts.
-Explain available services and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
-Qualify leads and convert inquiries into paying customers.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
-Build trust and rapport with customers while providing excellent service.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
-Meet individual sales and performance targets.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, or a related client-facing role.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
