We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an organized, decisive leader who can take full ownership of products and projects from inception through delivery.
You will be the bridge between our technical team and our clients, ensuring that our output meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The Role

Commitment: 4–8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager

Technical Oversight: Perform rigorous QA reviews to ensure all deliverables meet technical and functional requirements.

Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for project lifecycles. Make informed, smart decisions to keep projects on track and resolve blockers proactively.

Client Management: Represent the company in client-facing group chats. Communicate project status, updates, and technical constraints with professionalism, clarity, and diplomacy.

Workflow Optimization: Utilize project management software to maintain transparency, organize tasks, and track project health effectively.
Qualifications of a Technical Project Manager

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex product issues.

E-commerce Experience: Hands-on experience working with multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.).

Project Management Skills: Proven experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) to manage workflows and timelines.

Decision Making: A track record of making independent, informed decisions that prioritize product quality and client success.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable managing expectations and providing technical updates in a professional, client-facing setting.
