We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Marketing & Growth Assistant to help turn our teachings into a consistent digital presence. You will work directly with the business owner to organize, format, and implement marketing strategies across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

What you’ll be doing:

• Content Implementation: Scheduling, formatting, and repurposing the owner’s core content into engaging social media posts and Canva graphics.

• Systems Support: Setting up and managing email campaigns in AWeber, tracking growth, and maintaining our content calendar.

• Growth Research: Identifying podcast guest opportunities, strategic partnerships, and trending topics in herbalism and spirituality.

• Reporting: Providing a brief weekly update on engagement, traffic, and sales trends.

Who you are:

• Reliable & Organized: You love a good system and have high attention to detail.

• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using (or quickly learning) Canva, AWeber, Google Workspace, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

• Self-Starter: You can take the owner’s core ideas and independently execute the “how-to” of marketing.

• Aligned: You have a genuine interest in spirituality, herbalism, and plant-based wellness.

The Logistics:

• Hours: 10 hours per week.

• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Daily).

• Remote: Work from anywhere.
